The detached stone house Villa Desideri is situated in a sunny panoramic position in the olive groves on the outskirts of Lucinasco. In Lucinasco you will find an excellent trattoria and a very well-stocked grocery store. The county seat Imperia with its many small stores and restaurants and the fine sandy beaches is 18 kilometers away and can be reached in 25 minutes via the well maintained main road.
The completely renovated, detached stone house is laid out over two floors. On 90 m² of interior space you will find on the first floor the spacious entrance area, the well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) with large dining area and comfortable couch landscape. Also on this floor there is a luxurious shower room. On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms (1x with double bed 160 x 200 and 1x with 1 double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed 90 x 200) and a high quality shower room with double sink. The tasteful furnishings are very high quality and leave nothing to be desired. The view from all windows over the whole valley is breathtaking. Look here from the bed over the mountains to the sea.
The sunny garden with panoramic view offers, besides the large barbecue area with dining area, also sun loungers, hammock, Hollywood swing and a spectacular whirlpool. A special highlight is the new panoramic pool in a sunny location amidst the large olive trees. Here the days can be dreamed away in complete relax. Four-legged guests are also warmly welcome here and also make vacations in the fenced garden. (Please note, however, if you are on vacation with children, that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool and jacuzzi are not secured with railings).
Your car can be parked in the private parking space in front of the house (the access from the village is steep). The modern air conditioning in summer and heat exchanger and central heating in winter make your vacation comfortable no matter what the season. For relaxed working in the "home office" there is the possibility of a stable Lan connection in addition to the WiFi

A fantastic stay in terms of cottage, equipment and location. Lucinasco is a delightful village. The hostess and her daughter are of exceptional kindness and helpfulness. The good care, the fine attentions, everything top! A rare gem!
