The exclusive property La Torretta is located in a stunning, elevated panoramic position in an exposed, sunny position directly on the sea. Here you live like on a cruise ship!
Our guests will access via an otherwise traffic-free residents-only street, an extension of the promenade of Imperia. The easily accessible pebble beach directly in front of the house is only a few meters away. Even during the high season it provides a great deal of privacy. Approximately 600 m away you will find managed pebble or sandy beaches.
A small coffee bar and a restaurant are 300 m away. The lively town centre of Imperia Oneglia, with its famous harbour setting, is a mere 800 m away along the promenade. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from star-rated restaurants to gluten-free pizzerias, from hip cocktail bars to enchanted coffee bars and from colourful weekly markets to elegant boutiques.
The imposing stone house is laid out over two floors and opens frontally onto the coast. Here you live with all your senses in harmony with the sea. On more than 100 sqm you can enjoy comfortable relaxation. The living area on the ground floor with the floor-to-ceiling French windows is divided into living and dining areas. In the small but well-equipped kitchen is everything you need for a comfortable holiday feeling.

However, the highlight of the house is the large terrace with the breathtaking view of the infinite blue of the Mediterranean. The dining area with the large table is perfect for a happy get-together. A seating area and sun loungers invite you to enjoy the unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. Follow the spectacular sunsets directly from here and watch the white sailboats maneuver. The comfortable gas central heating makes relaxing holidays possible on cooler days.
The access road to the estate is secured with an automatic gate and is shared with the owner of another house further forward. There is a private parking space for your car directly in front of the house.
