About this apartment rental
Our cozy and lovely ground-floor apartment has it all..........2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful living room, a huge terrace, and a great terrace overlooking one of the swimming pools—all within walking distance of the beach and the Carvajal train station.
It is located in the upscale Middel Views Residences, which features three fantastic swimming pools (one of which is a children’s pool).
This apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture, beds with lovely linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a flat-screen smart TV in the living room and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment.
The master bedroom, guest room, and living room all have direct access to the terrace area, where you’ll find sun loungers, a dining table, and a cozy sofa area. There is a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a second bathroom with a shower.
Spacious and filled with natural light, the apartment features both air conditioning and heating.
Our guests also have free access to the communal gym, sauna, two swimming pools, and one swimming pool designed for children.
Due to the drought on the Costa del Sol this year, the swimming pool is scheduled to remain open until September 30.
A cleaning fee of €130 is not included.
Crib available upon request, price €5 per night
Late check-out until 2:00 p.m. for €40

By Train - Carvajal train station is ideally located just across the street from the complex. Trains typically run every 20 minutes in both directions. From our station, you can reach Fuengirola in 7 minutes and Málaga’s historic center in 35 minutes.
By Car - Access to all major highways is just minutes away by car. You can reach Málaga’s historic center in 30 minutes, or you can be on the beaches of Marbella in 25–30 minutes and downtown Fuengirola in less than 10 minutes.
Heading up the hills, you can be sipping a drink in the whitewashed village of Mijas in less than 15 minutes.
By Taxi or Uber - The area is very well served by taxis and Uber drivers.
Behind the property is a large mountain (2 km) with antennas. There is a hiking trail leading up to it that starts near Benalmádena. The views are spectacular. The hike takes about 1.5–2 hours.
