Great location for our last minute floating trip. Was looking specifically at cabins but wasn't much available. Was hesitant on this place but it was better than several cabins rented in the past. All 3 beds were comfortable, house was clean and spacious with a private location.

This property is just a few miles from Horseshoe Canyon Ranch (the greatest climbing destination in middle America), and a few hundred yards from Kyle's Landing access to the Buffalo National River. It is the perfect size for 4 to 6 people to use as an adventure hub. The property owner is extremely prompt and thorough in communication, and the property is very clean and well-equped in a serene setting. We will stay here again!

We stayed at the property during a fall climbing trip to HCR. The property was perfect for our group. It was clean, cozy, and close to HCR. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area.
