Top Ausstattung, alles neu, mehrere Restaurants fussläufig, Tiefgaragenplatz inbegriffen, Strand fussläufig zu erreichen mit Option für tolle Wanderungen nach West und Ost, St. Malo und weitere Ausflugsziele schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Eine Kleinigkeit: Ein Deckel für die Pfanne wäre noch hilfreich gewesen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Es wäre nett, wenn es ein Manual für die Nutzung der Heizung in der Wohnung gäbe. Das war nicht ganz einfach zu bedienen. Außerdem sollte man den Transponder für die Tiefgarage kontrollieren, da er mehrfach nicht funktioniert hat.

Appartement idéalement placé, confortable et bien équipé. L'immeuble nous a paru être de bonne construction , s'intégrant bien dans l'environnement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de cet appartement . Le parking en sous-sol, sécurisé, est un plus.
Rien a priori en ce qui concerne l'appartement. Par contre nous déplorons l'absence d'un commerce à proximité , genre épicerie, et là , un petit message au maire de Fréhel serait bien venu (d'autant qu'il y avait un super marché à l'endroit de la construction en cours).

Bel appartement tout confort, trés bonne literie, à deux pas d'une plage magnifique et de quelques commerces. Le + : une place de parking sécurisé et une petite terrasse.
