Feeling at home, next to nature and farms and 1 step into the next train.
Exceptionally equipped house that ensures a very comfortable stay, makes it feel right at home with all essentials available. Near to a forest/farm area but also next to a train station to quickly move around with public transportation. Although we had some technical difficulties with hot water the first night, our hosts were really accommodating and helping us solve the issue asap. Outstanding communication and flexibility!
With the convenience of public transportation comes the inconvenience of some moderate noise of trains passing by frequently. Some sensitive sleepers might have problems ignoring the noise, but most people would sleep well since isolation is actually quite good.

The name Cozy House does justice to the place ! Well maintained property. The Pro’s far exceed to Con’s.
Excellent Location - 2 mins walk from Urdorf station. The room on level 2 is so cozy. Excellent detailing about the property, nearby facilities in the booklet (user guide).
Beds & Pillows were too soft. In the common bathroom, water was seeping out of the bath area due to improper insulation.

Awesome, cozy and beautiful house.
We love everything about the accommodation. The space is huge and comfortable for the 10 of us. The location is close to a train station, about 4 minutes stroll away. A must to rent for those who are in Zurich with their family

The house is really excellent. It was very clean, spacious and has everything you need. The balcony and garden were great for relaxing in the evening The location is perfect for getting around Zürich. I will definitely be back without hesitation.
