Beautiful views but lacking AC in bedroom

The view is absolutely stunning and the terrace is very spacious and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the scenery. The host was very friendly and kind. The location is great, only 10 min from the beach and close to a grocery store.

The AC wasn’t very good, it only cooled the living room (and wasn’t very effective for that). We couldn’t sleep in the bedroom due to the heat. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. We also lacked basic things in the kitchen like salt, a knife for cutting, and a cutting board as well as hand soap that would make the stay simpler, especially when you stay shorter. It would also be lovely if the deck had more seating and decoration, for example plants, a parasol, and a nicer floor.

Only positive thing is the view from the roof

Location, Amazing view from the open roof.

On the 4th Floor, no elevator (lift). Only living room has the AC, bed room has no AC. Owner claims it will cool down the whole apartment, but it did not. Kitchen had rotten bread, covered with green fungus. Electric kettle was dirty. Bathroom had absolutely no travel soap or shampoo. At the time of checking in, had to wait more than 40 mins outside in the heat for somebody (not the owner, most probably she was the cleaning lady) to show up with the key. When we entered the apartment, it was very hot, not ready at all for guests. Informed the owner months before that we will have one car, owner said that parking will cost $25 per day and I agreed. But, at the time of checking in, the cleaning lady said there is no parking spot. Next day, before checking out, the owner showed up and asked 'was everything ok?' and then he himself answered 'Yes'. :)

Miejsce z potencjałem, niewykorzystanym. Brakuje mu rozsądnej ręki, żeby ktoś je ogarnął.

Lokalizacja i widok byl okey. Na tym można zakończyć ocene plusów tego całego noclegu. Duży taras - zaniedbany (jeżeli to na plusy można zaliczyć)

Niewyposażona kuchnia, niewyposażona łazienka. Brak papieru toaletowego, brak ręczników papierowych, brak mydła w łazience, brak noża do krojenia, brak płynu do mycia naczyń (gdzie nie było w ogóle zmywarki). Łazienka przez sypialnie. Jak ktoś jedzie ze znajomymi, a nie z dziećmi, to nie polecam. Ogólna ocena 2/10 za całokształt. 1 punkt za lokalizację, a drugi punkt za lokalizację ;) I to wszystko.

O implicare mai mare la detalii, adică accesorii la baie erau stricate și se poate da o zugrăveală .

Hermosa vista

El apartamento tiene una espectacular vista al már en una terraza inmensa y muy fresca , esta ubicado muy cerca al centro de Minori

Las camas son un poco incomodas la principal es muy blanda y la del sofá cama tiene vacíos.La cocina solo tenía una olla y un horno el encendedor de la cocina de gas nunca funciono y no nos fue proporcionado uno la prendimos con un papel usando el horno.El apartamento no cuenta con Internet.

Grandioser Ausblick, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, gute Lage, auch für Fluggäste gut erreichbar , kleine Läden in der Nähe, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und Fährhafen

Très bel emplacement et très grande terrasse. Hôte agréable et serviable. Minori très pratique pour visiter la côte. Proche centre ville.

Manque un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. Literie une peu vieillissante.
