The location was amazing, very quiet and I love the creek in the back! The hot tub was exceptional and I enjoyed the well water instead of normal city water. The grill was clean and everything was very nice and cozy. The TVs are Roku TVs, so there is access to a lot of channels on there. Fabrics were clean, many towels to use. Coffee bar was good for a tiny home. The host was very helpful and the instructions given for the amenities are useful.
The bed was rather squeaky, even though it was comfortable. The fridge wasn't working but it was turned on, it was warm inside. The shower is very small if you are 6 feet tall, so keep that in mind.

There is nothing that you could dislike about that property. It’s beautiful well kept.

Tiny house is definitely rustic. The location is great, very private with easy access to the restaurants in Pickens and all of the parks. We loved the fire pit out by the creek and the hot tub was very clean!
There wasn’t any dry firewood in the bin but the owner said we could use firewood from a giant pile they had. It was wet though so you might want to pick up your own firewood.
