The property consists of three accommodation units with a shared main entrance. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and exceptionally well-equipped apartment featuring a bedroom with a private bathroom, a large living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also has its own terrace in front of the entrance. Upstairs, there are two private rooms that share a bathroom located on the ground floor, just to the right of the apartment entrance. Guests staying in the rooms have access to an outdoor table and chairs, while the barbecue area is shared by all guests. The location is excellent, with several thermal spas, lakes, and the city of Maribor all within about a 30-minute drive. A grocery store is only 5 minutes away. Right next to the store is Siva Čaplja, a local restaurant that offers an excellent all-you-can-eat buffet from Friday to Sunday starting at noon, for just €20 per person. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy authentic local cuisine at a very reasonable price.

The property is advertised as offering “all the privacy of home.” While the accommodation units are reasonably well separated, guests should be aware that there are other guests staying in the same house, and some areas (such as the entrance and outdoor facilities) are shared.

We were accommodated on the ground floor in an apartment with a large living room connected to the kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay very much, we felt at home. The outside area around the accommodation is really beautiful, it is peaceful, quiet, private and clean. Great place for a young family with children (outside terrace with seating, garden with swing).
