The place itself was nice, and the room, although very small, had everything I needed for a short stay. The host was responsive.
The main downside for me was the room location on the first floor, and especially the bed being placed right along the window. It felt a bit insecure and affected my sense of comfort during the stay. Another small but important issue was the lack of complimentary water in the room. I arrived quite late, and there were no nearby shops open, so having bottled water provided would have made a big difference in convenience.

Location is good, there is camera outside the property, communication wiht owner was nice and fast
The toilet wasn't up to par - the toilet cover was broken, shower is low (if you are tall you might reach the ceiling), having a bin would be nice and also the quality of built of the property wasn't that good (it got quite cold f.e. at night)
