King Bed, The Phenix Historic Hotel, Spacious, Room # 406

Easy check in, safe, enjoyed the water and coffee provided, room was very clean and comfortable, communication was excellent

honestly my pillows smelled like they may have been cleaned or traveled to the location from an area where cigarette smoke was able to penetrate them. The only other con was the hall off the elevator was dark color, dimly lit and carpets could be upgraded. .. however The loveliness of the room once inside was fine!!

I liked his location. It’s right next to lots of other businesses so getting around is really easy very walkable. I also like the size of the apartment.

What I didn’t like was in order to heat your food in the morning for breakfast for an example, you have to leave your apartment in order to access the microwave. needless to say, we ate our food cold. Having a microwave in the apartment would’ve been ideal. Also there is no kitchen in the apartment. I just kind of assumed there was oh well no big deal there’s restaurants next-door and across the street. (Paddy’s Irish & M-Thai is really good) The coffee maker did not have coffee. I kind of assumed it would.. fortunately, we brought our own. Also, we found a sock underneath one of the chairs ha wasn’t mine. Also, I would’ve liked a shower that t’s completely enclosed so water doesn’t splash on the adjacent floor. I put some pictures in there so you can see what I am referring to. The rack that holds towel came off because it needs screw to hold it in more, but we fixed it up but checking anyway By the way, these are the nit picky things that are no big deal.
