The apartment is small but it has most things you need for a short stay. Its location is convenient, with the city center reachable within a 10–15 minute walk. We also appreciated being able to find free parking right on the street. At first glance, the neighborhood may seem a bit rough, but we didn’t experience any issues during our stay.

The street can be quite noisy, especially on weekends when loud music is often playing. The apartment itself is rather dark and humid, due to having only two small windows. Since the door opens directly onto the street, airing out the space was difficult. Additionally, the bed could use some improvement since it is broken, it felt unstable and made noise with movement, which affected overall comfort.

Nuestra estancia coincidió con sábado y había una gran fiesta montada en la calle de al lado con música puesta en coches muy alta. Otra noche, los vecinos discutieron y fueron muy ruidosos. Algo de humedad en el alojamiento.

Raffaelle was extremely helpful to us, had the apartment ready on time, gave us great recommendations in the locality and overall just a brilliant stay

We zaten in een achteraf steeg en er was een straatfeest in onze laatste nacht dus wij hebben niet geslapen. Ondanks dat de kamer verder schoon was zat er een kakkerlak in de koelkast. Maar dat ligt aan de buurt denk ik.
