The apartment is very new and pretty
There is no designated carpark and difficult to get car park slot, we spent about 1.5 hours to keep driving around the nearby street to try to look for a suitable slot

Entry via a keypad pin - very easy
Needs to be some kind of screening on the large kitchen window as given there are apartments opposite there is no privacy, and tenants can see straight in. Also no protection from sunlight in the morning so can't sleep in. Also had to keep the blind shut in the living area most of the time ottherwise everyone from the street and car park outside can see in - needs ner curtains or something?
