Modern and fresh Villa situated in the heart of Ayia Napa. Everything near house. Good equipment and a large selection of dishes. Roof top with hot tube. Very easy to control everything inside “smart house”, very clean and good welcome pack. Quick communication

The Villa was lovely and spacious. Shops, beach and restaurants were within walking distance and there was a 24hour bakery nearby. The locals were friendly as was the 13 cats we greated every evening.
We went off season so alot of the area was closed. The Villa needs more seating in the TV area as 8 people can stay but sofa was for 3. We went as a family of 5 and just coped with the extra two small stools. There was no oven gloves.
