Location. Great accommodations.
Could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived. We had to do a number of small maintenance items that should have been done beforehand. Garbage truck picks up on Fridays (we found out by chance) and we placed the garbage cans out that apparently had not been emptied for quite some time. Notifying residents of garbage pickup time would be a great idea.

It was directly on the ocean with easy access from the deck to the sand. It was easy to find and accessible to area attractions and eateries.
We had an issue with bugs with hopefully will be addressed. It is an older home and could stand a few updates but mainly just from being near the ocean and the salty air.
