Trappuppgången var ganska förfärlig och duschrummet kunde ha varit fräschare

Sijainti pn hyvä ja parkkipaikka oven vieressä.
Jyrkät rappuset - ei sovi iäkkäille. Käytävä on hankala valaisultaan.

Toimiva huoneisto isommalle seurueelle. Sisustus keskeneräinen esim matot puuttui lattialta, jotka olisi tuonut lämpöä jalkojen alle.
Todella pettynyt vuokraajan toimintaan, koska keskuslämmitys oli talossa mennyt rikki edellisenä päivänä, eikä siitä tullut ilmoitusta. Eikä tarjottu hinnanalennusta!! 3 pientä irtopatteria oli alitehoisia noin isoon huoneistoon.
