Jyrkät rappuset - ei sovi iäkkäille. Käytävä on hankala valaisultaan.

Sijainti, tilavasta huoneistosta
Keittiövarustus puutteellinen, ei tarpeeksi astioita eikä ruoanteko välineitä osittain huonokuntoisia ruokaastioita ja montaa eri sorttia. Ei uunivuokaa tai uunipeltiä. Ei pakastinta käytössä. Pakastin oli mutta ilmeisesti epäkunnossa ja sisältä homeessa. Liesituuletin ei toiminut, aivan surkea malli. Ei löytynyt yhtäkään ripustinta Keittiön tuolit osittain rikkinäisiä ja kankaat likaisia, kerätty kirpparilta. Vaatehuoneet epäsiistit ja muussa käytössä kuin matkailijalle. Ei ilmastointia, todella kuuma huoneisto kesähelteellä. Ei yöpöytiä sänkyjen vieressä eikä yö valaisinta kaikissa makuuhuoneissa. Huoneistosta poistuminen rappukäytävään vaarallinen. Kapeat rappuset alkavat heti oven avattua. Ei sovellu ikäihmisen, huonommin liikkuvan tai pienten lasten kanssa liikkumiseen.
