It would be easier to collect the keys at the same location as the apartment since they have a reception team there. They could cooperate as a team.
The staff should be able to communicate in English as they target their services not only to the French guests. It could have made the experience easier with less hiccups. The shower towels could be included as a basics even if you add that item to the room rate the guests wouldn't mind paying more for more transparency. Overall the experience was great. My kids loved it. We'll definitely be back.

La piscine est très grande et très propre
tout le monde passe devant le logement pas d intimité et la résidence est bruyante
Les enfants crient jusqu'à l arrivée du gardien 11 h
Et il manquait un grand parasol pour nous protéger du soleil
Mini lave vaisselle qui ne correspond pas du tout au nombre de personnes 6 et il faudrait repenser le type de vaisselle assiettes trop grandes pour ce lave vaisselle
Un four serait plus utile
Le canapé a changé Aussi
