駅が徒歩圏内。コンビニ、スーパーも近い。新築で綺麗。無駄のない空間デザインで、あまり大きくない建物なのに、屋内を最大に広く感じられるように工夫されていて、快適。ロフトがある、冒険感。エアコンの効きが素晴らしい。家電もいろいろ揃っていて、しばらく住みたいくらいだった。オーナーさんも親切。

寝るところが屋根裏部屋で、子ども達が嬉しそうでした。 中も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです！
寝るところに遮光カーテンがあればもっともっと良かったかなぁと思います。 朝の光が当たるのが眩しくて💦 それがなければなおよしでした☺️

トーマス電車（新金谷駅）から徒歩3分くらいだったので、大井川鐵道に行かれる方はいいと思います。 施設も新しく清潔感があり大満足です。
寝る場所がロフトのようなところだったので、寝起きでハシゴを踏み外さないか心配でした。（無事落ちませんでした。）
