Le confort, les équipements et la propreté de ce grand duplex. Le calme. Également la vue imprenable sur le Nil et la montagne de la rive ouest éclairée la nuit . Les grandes baies vitrées et le balcon à chaque étage. L escalier en marbre entre les 2 étages du duplex. L entrée de l immeuble sécurisée . Loger chez un habitant de Louxor, c'est vraiment une expérience authentique. Un duplex vraiment plein de charme !!!
Un peu loin du centre ville( besoin d' un taxi ou calèche pour s y rendre)et l aspect extérieur peu engageant du bâtiment. On ne s attend pas à trouver un aussi beau duplex dans un bâtiment de ce type.

Very good location. Large apartment, simple but well equipped, with provided drink water. The front bedroom is spacious, with big windows, a terrace, and a view of the Nile. Excellent value for money in its simplicity, hosted by local owners.
Coincidentally, the apartment upstairs was under renovation and there was some noise early in the morning, but I believe this was only temporary.

Excellent location, very safe while with family, best view, superb local food restaurants available in walkable distance . Host Abdullah is very prompt is responding on whatsapp & organizing things at very reasonable price we felt.
Entrance of the building was old, but once you enter the flat, you forget everything
