Apart from the email saying the property was Waterfront the actual property name was Sea View. They really should put that on the email as there is already a Waterfront. Took us a little time to actually get it right. Yes, the address was correct but you see the name first. As for the keys in the lockbox, that was easy.
The security light turning on through the night. A sign saying do not turn it off. A small blind or curtain on the door would be useful.

THere were only 3 forks, for four people - and an extra pillow in the single room would of been great too - your lovely cleaning staff got us one.

Location was great, although it is the back unit so no sea view. Unit is tidy on the inside but basic, very affordable though so great for a quick one night stay. Also warm and cozy with the heater on.
Driveway was too narrow/overgrown to drive our ute down so had to park on the road, not ideal in the rain with young kids, plus a big step up on to the deck to enter was a bit tricky with kids. I second what someone else said, a blind of some kind over the door would be great given the sensor light outside that kept going off in the wind and the location of the main bed.
