A localização é bem próxima do centro. É uma casa inteira, com comodidades, como geladeira, fogão, etc. Também fica próxima a diversos pontos de interesse turístico.
Por ser localizado próximo ao centro, muitos dos ruídos da cidade são ouvidos, inclusive uma pregação que estava sendo realizada num salão da igreja. Há ruídos no assoalho, que não é tão firme na cozinha, que dão certo desconforto. O banheiro do quarto que é acessado com uma escada é ruim.
