The staff were friendly, not a lot of noise so you could sleep well, I stayed in the dorm so the AC were on all the time and allows me to cool off after being outside. Overall, good experience, I'd try this place again if I visit Hue another time.
I stayed in the upper bed in the dorm, it was quite hard to get in to my bed since there aren't any place for me to grab onto when try to get into the bed. The showers was a little bit dirty.
