The location is great it’s far enough away from town but not too far from the store. The property was very nice to stay at. It was clean and the porta john smelled great and was very clean. The bath house was great also very convenient. I really liked the quietness at this property along with all the fur babies. They were so friendly and so were the owners. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway.

There is nothing to like about this property.
What if you showed up for your second night, only to find someone else now staying in the unit you slept in last night! I'll get to that...The "shared bath" is a port-a-jon with a rechargeable light attached inside. Imagine being in an opaque milk jug lit from inside. Everyone in the camp can enjoy watching your perfectly silhouetted shadow doing your business. The shower building (closet) has no lock, is filled with supplies and junk, there are moths and spider webs, old plumbing, and a sign requesting that you "please do not pee in the shower, use the port-a-jon or woods." Gross. There's no key for the unit, so you must leave your belongings unprotected or take them with you (we chose to take them with us). There's poison ivy growing up the side of the cabin and a massive pile of horse poop mounded by the unit. Discussing the state of the units with someone in the adjacent cabin who was equally disappointed, we mentioned that we might try and find somewhere else to stay for the second night, but there are so few options and by nighttime, we were exhausted and just decided to suck it up in the dump. But when we pulled up at 9:00 p.m., the light is on and there's someone inside. Come to find out, the owner, thinking we weren't coming back, rented it to someone else! She never contacted us, we never check out, she just tried to double dip on her rent. When we contacted her, there was no apology. She said, "Had you not told the other renters you were not coming back I wouldn't have rented it. Next time don't talk to people. At this point you'll get nothing." So. Freaking. Rude. Booking refunded our single night, but the owner is out nothing! She still got paid for two nights rental while we drove 45 minutes to the closest hotel with a vacancy.
I seriously wonder how the owner is gaming the system to get positive reviews. She's obviously shady.

Clean, pest free amenities. Liked that there were happy horses, chickens and dogs around and a friendly atmosphere. We were welcomed to walk the property and use a game space. Great campfire area with wood and bow targets on site without extra cost to use
When booking the image was of a cabin so I presumed we'd be in a cabin, but we arrived and were in a camper without running water. But the outhouses were fine and not very inconvenient.

Everything! The long beautiful driveway through the woods. Good parking. Bob and Michelle make you feel at home. Horses walk up to your cabin. Beautiful chickens. Bow practice range, nice fire pit with wood available. Pet friendly. I will definitely share this with my friends again very soon.
Using the portable outhouse but it was very clean and smelled very nice.

We stayed in the camper. Very comfortable. Had to use the Porta potty, but it's right next to camper so that's good. Hot shower and running water nearby as well. Has a horse in the backyard and cute dogs and chickens running around. Stayed here for mom's weekend at OU. Has Satellit
e TV and enjoyed a rainy evening watching SNL and Big bang Theory as a family. Less than 15 minutes to campus. The lady we communicated with was awesome and check in was easy
