Great location, within walking distance of the train station. Clean and cozy, separate entrance from the street, good communication with the owner.

В квартире все есть, все удобно и хорошо продумано, можно готовить еду. Есть не только стиральная машина, но даже сушильная, это очень удобно. Хорошее освещение. Автобусный и железнодорожный вокзалы очень близко. Хозяйка быстро отвечает на сообщения, если появляются вопросы.

В квартире холодно, кондиционер не справляется с обогревом. В летнюю жару это будет преимуществом, но в начале апреля я очень мерзла. Душевая кабина очень маленькая. Водонагреватель маленького объема, горячего душа хватает только на пару минут.

I am very satisfied with choosing this apartment for my stay in Catania. The apartment itself was clean, nice, and equipped with everything needed for everyday living, just like at home. Andrea was very helpful, clearly explained how to check in, and was also available whenever his help was needed. The location is excellent! Only 2 minutes from the bus station, 5 minutes from the central train station, 6–12 minutes from grocery stores, and about a 20-minute walk to the old town. I highly recommend it 😉

I will only mention a slight humidity issue, as I believe it can be fixed, but it does not affect my highest rating of this property.

The apartment is in the center, but on the safe and quiet street. The train and bus stations are very close. The beds are comfortable. Shops, cafes and bakeries are within walking distance. The apartment has everything needed, even more.
