Es muy cómodo para grupos grandes y las zonas comunes pueden dar mucho juego.
Estaba un poco viejo ( toallas, sábanas, camas, muebles,etc). Además habían pintado las baldosas del suelo de un color rojizo para disimular los desperfectos, y eso ha terminado tiñendo de rojo de manera irreversible todo lo que tocó o se apoyó en el suelo.
