Excelente localização fica no centro próximo a tudo, dá para ir a pé ao parque do povo festa de São João. Tem um excelente custo para região.
Necessário uma reforma total no apartamento, tinha baratas precisa dedetização. Para quem for de carro não tem estacionamento no prédio, na rua é difícil encontrar vaga e é pago os estacionamentos próximos não aceitam pernoite. Para quem se incomoda com barulho não é um local para se hospedar, pois é barulho dia e noite. O elevador do prédio está muito ruim e para com degraus nós andares.

Visão panorâmica vista de outro ângulo dá cidade
Tem que fazer dedetização pra matar formigas 🐜 e barata 🪳 dentro do quarto , vi uma barata saí de dentro do sapato 🥿 assim que eu acordei, e formigas me mordendo enquanto dormia de madrugada !
