Ground Floor Apartment in the Heart of Pagrati

The location of the apartment is near the bus station and at about 13 minutes on foot from the metro one. Vivid and at the same time safe area, with bars, restaurants, coffee places and different types of shops around. The host is available 24/7 and really helpful with everything that you might need. Overall cozy apartment, fully equipped with all amenities.

The mattress isn’t the most comfortable one. Some noise (music) mostly on weekends from the bar nearby, but I personally solved the problem with earplugs.

As a female solo traveler I loved the place and the neighborhood. Pangrati is lively, friendly, cozy, and felt very safe to me even in the night. The location is good and it’s around 15 min walk from Syntagma. There are plenty of transports too. The apartment has everything you might need, from soaps/shampoo, to tea, coffee, and an iron, hair dryer and washing machine with detergents. The host was very kind and responsive. They were very kind to prepare the room for me earlier than discussed - it was a real life saving after a long journey and sleepless night. They also left a bottle of water in the fridge. The apartment itself is tiny, a bit 80s vibe, but arranged smartly and with taste - I felt comfortable and secure. Internet was okay, AC worked like a charm. There are plenty of cafes, supermarkets and tavernas/bars nearby, and also non-tourist drugstores around, small designer shops and open air cinema. Overall I genuinely loved the place, felt authentic, and managed with care.

A bit noisy in the night/evening (stairs, elevator, doors) because it’s the ground floor. It took me a day or two to get used to it, but nothing critical and it didn’t wake me up

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement, situé dans un très bon quartier où, en tant que femme, je me suis sentie en sécurité. La climatisation est également un vrai plus : elle est très efficace et surtout très silencieuse. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se sentir rapidement comme chez soi. Je tiens aussi à souligner la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires, très réactifs et présents à distance en cas de besoin. On se sent vraiment accompagné et bien accueilli tout au long du séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter ! 😊

Decent option for a single stay. The apartment is small, but has what one needs. The kitchen is ample, there is a laundry machine, plenty of hot water. Decent wifi. Good AC. Unit managers were very good about contact and information.

There was noise from adjacent apartments and businesses (I think a cafe) that went late beyond official quiet hours. This did not bother me, but might bother others. The bathroom was very small, which again might cause issues for some, as it was a tight fit. That said, there was plenty of hot water. The bedroom was rather cramped, and the bed not the most comfortable. Others have commented on the dated feel, which didn't bother me, but there was some clutter from old magazines, etc that didn't need to be there.
