Super lokalizacja blisko do morza i do sklepu niedaleko piekarnia ładny apartament wygodne łóżka aneks i przybory okej, klimatyzacja.
Nie można przełączyć na deszczownię i trzeba było się opukiwać słuchawką bardzo ciężko spływała woda.

Fajna lokalizacja, klimatyzacja, czystość, TV, wi-fi, wyposażenie kuchni, komplet potrzebnych informacji od gospodarza.
Chałasujace drzwi przesuwne do łazienki (szczotki zamontowane przy drzwiach szorujące po ścianie - uciażliwe szczegolnie w porze nocnej), parking nieopłotowany i trochę mały zlokalizowany przed budynkiem, twarda sofa (przy opcji do spania mało komfortowa)

Sauberkeit, die Lage, die Einrichtung, Strandstühle und Windschutz für den Strand vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung war gut incl. Kaffeemaschine mit beigelegten Kaffeekapseln.
Unzumutbare Lärmbelästigung durch die Außentreppe ins Obergeschoss (Wohnung Nr.3).
Der Kühlschrank verursacht laute Geräusche, die den Schlaf stören, ebenso die Nichteinhaltung der Nachtruhe. Das Haus ist relativ neu, aber leider sehr hellhörig, kommt auch von der Schiebetür vor dem Badezimmer, die man deutlich aus der Nachbarwohnung hören kann.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus absolut gewöhnungsbedürftig, da nicht genügend Stellplätze verfügbar sind und die Chance hoch ist,
zugeparkt zu werden. Zu gewissen Zeiten standen bis zu 10 Fahrzeuge auf dem Parkplatz, es sind aber nur 8 Wohneinheiten!?!?
Niedriger Wasserdruck in der Dusche erschwerte das Haare waschen.
