وجود انشاءات بالقرب من العقار - المصعد لا يتوقف فى نفس الطابق مما يتطلب الصعود او النزول دور لاستخدام المصعد

اسكندرية زي ما هي بالنسبه ليا مكاني المفضل مهما روحت في العالم برجعلها بالظبط المكان ده زيها البيت ده بكل تفاصيله جزء مهم من عشقي لاسكندرية وناسها لان اصحاب المكان ده من بشمهندس هشام لابنه الاستاذ شادي لحتي الزوجة اللي في قمة الاحترام و حسن الاستقبال و تقدير الناس و ظروفهم و اهتمامهم براحتنا طوال فترة الاقامة دا شيء كفيل يربطك بالمكان العمر كله مش بس فترة اقامتك شكرا من قلبي لحضراتكم و اتمنط اي حد عاشق لاسكندرية و حابب يستمتع ويكمل تجربته لازم ينزل في المكان ده و يتعامل مع الناس دي شكرا بشمهندس هشام و استاذ شادي
