The space was amazing, the view from the balcony was fantastic. The apartment was really homely.

Having to wait for the agent to let us in on arrival was disappointing -we waited almost an hour to be given the key to get in - a lock box would be better. The toilet in the main bedroom bathroom needs attention. Has signs stating a large fine will be issued if it becomes blocked and previous reviews discussed this- needs attention as in reality it meant we had to use the bathroom at the other side of the apartment as we were worried it would block.

Apartment is lovely but the owner should change to a new hosting company.

We booked the property for the day before our arrival to ensure we would have it available for our early morning arrival. Despite updating the management company of our arrival details, we still had to wait one hour for the "greeter" to arrive as she said she did not know about our booking. When we contacted the hosting company they kept telling us to call someone else (rather than just doing it themselves) and then went silent when it all got too hard for them. Very annoying to have paid an entire extra night's accommodation, to be inconvenienced.
