Better value for money elsewhere on Bali check others as the photos make it look better than it is

It was clean and view was nice. We had been to two other properties in Bali before this as a comparison. Whilst this had a better view the room and its finishes were worse. The staff were nice and tried hard with what they had especially Thomas.

Not value for money. Breakfast not included, no water in the bathroom, dangerous path to get to water when needed at night, pool was small, cheap features like IKEA cups and furniture. Very poor when comparing to other properties we stayed what which were cheaper, included everything mentioned and had better finishes to the rooms. No TV so really only appropriate for 2-3 days stay.

Great service and a beautiful, well-presented room, but the outdoor bathroom means bugs and mosquito

Service was great — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view would be even better on sunny days, though it was still nice despite the rain. They offer breakfast, dinner, and drinks on-site, which is very convenient. In-house massage is available, and the staff also provided helpful recommendations for places to visit in Uluwatu.

There were quite a few bugs and mosquitoes, so I kept the sliding doors closed most of the time. The bathroom is outdoor-style, so bugs and mosquitoes are to be expected, and there were ants in the bathroom as well.

Beautiful design, green tropical plants, very friendly staff, comfortable bed & possible to rent a scooter at the property, cleaning 2X per day

Noisy (construction & traffic), the view of the ocean is not great (very far), the pool is very nice but in the late evening the filtration system gets turned off and insects are drawn to the light so it gets dirty fast (but filters clean till the morning)

Stunning room

Sivana is an absolute stunning place to stay and I'm so glad we booked it. Location is great, 5-10 min scooter ride to most of the best cafes, restaurants, gyms and beaches in Uluwatu. We loved our room with a view and made the most of the outdoor lounge and fridge and relaxed by the pool most days. The bed was incredibly comfy and all the linens were beautiful. The staff here are wonderful - super friendly and you can Whatsapp them at any time if you need them to arrange something (such as scooter hire) or any general questions. There are about 10+ rooms in the complex but everything is very quiet and private so you feel like you're in your own private villa.

That part of Uluwatu has a lot of traffic and street noise, but you get used to it.

Amazing .

Very calm and well located for us . Near to the yoga and spa . Special thank you to the very helpful staff, always ready to help . We had an emergency with my pregnant daughter and they called a doctor who arrived 30 minutes later with a real flying hospital and all the needed medication. Special award to Thomas who arranged everything for us .

SIVANA is AWFUL - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

TRAVELLER BEWARE!!! NEVER STAY AT SIVANA!!! LOST 3,000 USD!!! Sivana is an awful place - stay away at all costs!! We checked in for a 12-day family vacation and IMMEDIATELY wanted to move out for several reasons (below). we requested hotel management to cancel the reservation and issue refund at 3 pm. They had us hanging for a few hours stating they need to get approval from UPPER MANAGEMENT that never responded. We gave up and just left to another place - it is impossible to stay at Sivana!!! CONCRETE hell!!! Room (i don't know why they call them villas - they are so tiny - barely a hotel room) are made from solid concrete! everything, including sofa, bed, bedside tables, etc. Perhaps in their mind it is easier to clean from a water hose!! This place literally resembles more of a PRISON CELL then a villa/ luxury hotel!!! It gets hot as hell inside. There is one AC but it is on one side of the room and can't service entire room - in the other side where there is concrete "sofa" temperatures get to 34C (above 94F). "Pool" is so tiny - it's more a bathtub instead of pool. There is literally no place to put sunbeds or towels for sunbathing!! Unlike pictures they post - there were NO SUNBEDS, or a place to put them!! The entire tiny room is directly exposed to sun - because there are sliding glass doors for the entire width of the room. You either will have to suffer from room getting crazy hot from sun exposure, or cover glass doors with curtains and stay in the dark. FORGOT TO MENTION - there is ongoing CONSTRUCTION right outside with loud sounds all day!!! They never cancelled the reservation - we LOST 3,000 USD (moved to a different place and paid separately) There are so many beautiful places to stay here in Bali - DON"T fall for this trap, don't pay the scammers and never STAY at SIVANA BALI - awful place they should go bankrupt.

Absolutely stunning Villa. Probably one of the nicest place I’ve stayed. The design is well thought out, staff are very friendly and attentive. Views are incredible. Nicest area of Uluwatu by far.

We did have an unfortunate incident of theft during our stay. We left for the beach one day and the property had people install window tint while we were gone in our room. When we got back 2 clothing items were missing. They were new shirts I bought during our stay. Not a big deal but definitely lock your valuables in the safe. They could have taken expensive things, luckily they only took shirts.

El servicio era penoso. No hay manera de tomar un café por la mañana a no ser que lo pidas 45 mins antes. Igual ocurre con cualquier comida o cena. Para el café o te sería tan simple como que la persona que está en recepción lo preparara y hubiera café o te en un termo toda la mañana, no es muy complicado…
