Emplacement, propreté, équipements électroménagers, deux chambres, wc séparés, surface de l’appartement
Les ustensiles de cuisine cassés, manquants certains sales ou vraiment trop usés. Pas de passoire, four sale et grille pain inutilisable. Le linge de lit en synthétique est à proscrire. Entrée de l’immeuble sale avec mauvaise odeur.
