The apartment hat lots of space, and it offers a complete set of modern equipment and utensils, including things that we would not expect, especially in this price category. It's on the ground floor, which is means it should be relatively cool on hot days. You can sit outside on the small terrace. Filiates is a charming small town with friendly inhabitants. It is a good starting point for cycling day trips, such as the half-day trip to the Holy Monastery of Giromeri. The proprietor, Chris, was perhaps the most helpful proprietor we have ever experienced, taking unusual steps to solve a major travel problem that we had on the way to his apartment.

It's a relatively minor point, but the terrace is rather small, and it doesn't offer a direct view of the surrounding area.
