Obiekt ma szereg zalet, takich jak lokalizacja, cena czy komfortowe warunki wewnątrz. Na pewno warto też pochwalić właścicielkę, która jest miła, otwarta i kontakt z nią jest bardzo prosty.
Największym mankamentem obiektu była niewątpliwie łazienka z wanną z prysznicem, gdzie ciężko było się zmieścić i zmieniała się temperatura wody.

Świetne miejsce :) Salon z balkonem sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Widok z okna rozległy i przyjemny. Osobna sypialnia z wygodnymi łóżkami. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Łazienka do wyłącznej dyspozycji. Wszystko czyste i zadbane. Kontakt z właścicielem sprawny i rzeczowy. Mieszkanie na trzecim piętrze, w niskim bloku, do wyłącznego korzystania. Idealnie położone - w zasadzie w centrum, sklepy blisko, starówka też. Polecam z pełnym przekonaniem. Zapewne wrócę tu przy okazji kolejnej wizyty w Sandomierzu :)
