Boa localização. A casa conta com todos os utensílios necessários inclusive ferro de passar. Limpeza excelente. Cobertor e toalhas de banho limpas e em condições.
Casa com diversos pontos a ser reparados, puxadores, portas, quartos sem tv. Ar condicionado so funciona em 1 quarto. Paredes com infiltração. A frente da casa com mato alto.
