Für den Grund unserer Graz Reise - Besuch eines Hockey Match - ist die Lage perfekt! Super, dass Garagenplatz inkludiert ist! Mit der Straßenbahn um die Ecke ist man schnell im Zentrum! Großer Balkon!
Manche Ecken haben gewirkt, als wäre schon länger nicht mehr durch geputzt worden! Es gibt kein herkömmliches Fernsehprogramm sondern nur Smart TV via Apps (Eigenanmeldung erforderlich).

Heating, balcony.
Everything was fine! You just have to be careful while parking your car cause the parking spot is too narrow.

Die Lage zum Stadion.
Es war leider sehr dreckig. Überall Staub. Schimmel in der Dusche. Spinnennetze. Das Klo war „defekt“ … beim spülen ist das Wasser bis an die Wand gespritzt.
