Location in una posizione strategica nei Sassi di Matera. Camera Nevia con Balconcino vista splendida. C’è anche una bella e ampia terrazza in comune. Struttura restaurata con molta cura, riscaldata sia con termosifoni che con Climatizzatore pompa di calore (caldo-freddo). Servizio colazione se richiesto con buono presso Pasticceria storica con proposte di qualità.

Отличное расположение - рядом много кафе и транспорт. Чистый номер, постельное бельё и полотенца. Есть вся посуда. Удобная и комфортная кровать. Быстрый и стабильный Wi-Fi.
На всех стенах и потолке присутствует плесень, очень сильный запах плесени. Вся одежда и вещи пропитались этим запахом. Это очень вредно. Кондиционер не заправлен фреоном и работает только как вентилятор, даже при выставленном режиме охлаждения на 17 °C.
