Location and quiet (Glad I read the review about how to open the gate before arriving - suggest you add it to arrival instructions)
A small table and two dining chairs would complete facilities. A floor mat in bathroom was missing and only one loo roll for a three night stay was a little mean!

The property was clean and had everything we needed!
The parking. Time allocated street and car park parking (free overnight as long as the car is moved before 8am or paid for) the paid parking from 8-6pm)!

Central location.
Access to property was via a large gate which had a lock fitted at the top. Thankfully my husband was able to reach the lock but anyone like myself (5ft or under) would struggle to gain access to the property.
