地理位置非常好，走几分钟就是海滩，两分钟就到车站，门口有一家营业到凌晨2点的披萨店很好吃。打扫的非常干净，甚至优于酒店。房东和房东的小妹妹也很靠谱。唯一的不足是没有空调，有风扇，但风扇至多连续工作2小时，我半夜会被热醒
如果风扇可以一直工作就好了

The studio apartment included a kitchenette and had a nearby market which was very convenient for preparing your own meals and snacks whether to dine in or take to go during excursion or beach days. The location was close to the Promanade des anglais and a public beach, easily within walking distance. The Carras tram stop is also close by and it's a short ride to the Centerville de Nice.
The beaches in Nice are mostly pebbled so it does require a tram ride to get to a public sandy beach, but this is the nature of the coastline in Nice.
