Perfekt läge, nära tågstationen och en Conadbutik några minuters promenad bort.Tvätt-och diskmaskin, rymligt, fransk balkong för trevnad och med tvättlina utanför.
AC finns inte, däremot en portabel stor fläkt. Det finns ingen kniv till matlagningen. Endast några få gafflar och matknivar.

Labai puiki lokacija: netoli geležinkelio stotis, centras, paplūdimys, parduotuvė, maitinimosi taškai. Būsto klasikiniai baldai ir atmosfera. Malonus šeimininkas.
Viename miegamajame kambaryje (mažesniame) nepatogūs čiužiniai (susmenga kūnas). Pasigedome elektrinio virdulio, nes kavos aparatas karštam vandeniui paruošti 4 žmonėms per mažas (vandenį virinomės puode). Reiktų papildyti lėkščių kiekį. Nebuvo aštraus peilio. Taip pat trūko kilimėlio kojoms prie dušo kabinos. Bute tvyrojo nevėdinamų patalpų kvapas ir buvo vėsu.
