Bellissimo soggiorno di ottobre, alloggio con piacevolissime decorazioni, letto e cuscini super comodi e con tutte le comodità, e anche più, che mi servivano. Oltre che macchinetta caffè, bollitore, ho trovato anche ferro e asse da stiro, un bell'armadio comodo, ombrello, ombrelloni per la spiaggia, possibilità di deposito bagaglio e addirittura una lavanderia dotata anche di lavatrice e stendibiancheria. Comodissima la soluzione box per le chiavi. Posizione silenziosa e comoda per la stupenda spiaggia e passeggiatina lungo mare per il centro storico.

A truly unique place. Excellent location—basically right on the beach, with bars, shops, bus stops, and more nearby. Cozy room with a nice bathroom, coffee maker, and kettle. Excellent communication with the owner. I highly recommend it. A few minutes' walk and you can enjoy a drink on the old town walls while the sun sets. Alghero is an incredibly atmospheric, romantic place! We'll definitely be back. Best regards.
Some hooks in the bathroom would be great (to hang towels etc).

Location close to the beach (not on the beach), clean room.
The communication was difficult with the owner, sometimes he would not answer at all. He doesn't speak English, lucky me I speak italian. He gives you a looong list of instructions at the beginning and it's difficult to read after 12h of travelling. The accomodation doesn't have heat, it was very cold at night as it was the end of September.
I would suggest him to have a shorter, on point instructions (or send them by email before arriving) and be more interested in it's customers If he wants any.
