The location is excellent for exploring the Alps only about a 6‑minute walk downhill to the local train station. We actually rented a car (which I recommend) and appreciated the free parking right across the street. The apartment is small but worked fine for two adults and one teenager. It had an espresso machine with coffee pods, pots, cups, and utensils, making it easy to prepare quick meals. We were given three towels for five days, so extra towels would have been helpful. The host provided us with a guest cards that offered some discounts on the local attractions which we appreciated. The view of the mountains from the apartment is gorgeous.

The main issue is a strong cigarette smell that comes through the bathroom vents and spreads through the apartment. Another concern is the heat by late afternoon in summer, the apartment becomes very hot. The three small portable fans blow warm air and don’t provide real relief. For the price of the stay the host should consider installing a split AC which would greatly improve guests comfort during summertime.
