Cozy apartments

Sehr einfaches Check-in. Gute Lage mit Supermärkten und Fressmeile in unmittelbarer Nähe. Waschmaschine eine Etage tiefer vorhanden.

Sehr unangenehmer Geruch nach Knoblauchwurst bei Ankunft im Apartment. Bett durch gelegen und darunter ziemlich dreckig. Viele Baustellen mit tagsüber viel Lärm. Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet. Die Fotos zeigen zwei unterschiedliche Apartments.

Excellent location.

The smell from the bathroom drainage.

✅ Pros The location is very convenient. There were free, ice-cold carbonated water bottles in the refrigerator. My suggestion would be to also provide still water, as I personally found non-carbonated water more useful. The host is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Fast registration and clear instructions for entering the room.

❌ Cons The sewage smell is extremely strong and comes from throughout the room. The smell is unpleasant and can even cause a headache. The air conditioner is very noisy and makes a constant rattling sound. At night, the noise can be quite disturbing and even frightening. The refrigerator is extremely loud. On the upper floor, the sewage pipes run directly through the walls of the room, creating a lot of noise and making the room unpleasant. The dishes are very dirty, especially the kettle, plates, bowls, and electric kettle. They look as if they have not been properly washed for a long time. There is a very long security code required to enter the apartment. If you do not memorize or write it down, you will not be able to enter your room. There are serious cleanliness issues. Only the visible areas seem to have been cleaned. Under the sofa and table, around the baseboards, and in other less visible areas, there is a lot of dust and dirt. If you leave the window open, the street noise and the noise from neighboring air conditioners will definitely make it difficult to sleep. Overall, this apartment is very, very noisy from all sides. If you are looking for a quiet place and a peaceful night's sleep, this is definitely not the right place for you.
