The same as last time: it's convenient location
This will be a long post, so bear with me
First, I need to tell a few things about me
1) I'm basically homeless at the moment, desperately trying to find work before my money runs out
And 2) And this is something I don't like mentioning often but it'll come into play later: I suffer from a mild form of autism, and as such I have an odd personality/behavioral patterns
I'm not trying to garner sympathy, I'm just being honest about my situation....but I digress. Anyway, this past month I was involved in an incident with someone who was staying at a nearby airbnb. He left early and demanded a refund because I was apparently 'staring at him' and 'wandering around outside' (I go outside to stretch my legs because my unit is small, plus I have my mail forwarded here and I periodically go to the mailbox). The property manager, Peter, who showed up about a week later to trim the hedges, came by and reprimanded me. While I certainly understand where he was coming from--he lost money because they guy left--I didn't appreciate being treated like a criminal, which is how I felt. As I alluded to earlier: I have mild autism, so I exhibit weird behavior at times, but that does NOT make me a bad person. I'm paying money to be here, just like everyone else is, and I'm not going to live in fear, worried about what someone might say every time I walk out of my unit, or even look out the windor/door. I want things to be peaceful, and I want to be comfortable here, just like anyone else who stays here does. I realize that I have odd ways, but I'm not going to be judged, demonized, or intimidated over them. I know this may be viewed by some as 'whining' or 'complaining', and if that's what people think that's fine, I honestly don't care, I just wanted to get that off my chest, as it's been the only blemish I've experienced here so far.

Great location, not far from grocery stores, car repair, etc
Constant guests in the units in front of mine, particularly the first unit. I understand that the warmer months are busier but still, I liked it when someone only showed up on Thursday/Friday and stayed until Sunday. Now there's someone there practically all week, every week, and it just started out of the blue as soon as March rolled around. I know that may not be a big deal for some, and it's not a deal-breaker for me, I just prefer a bit more privacy.
