Everything was perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was also very kind and helpful. The city center is very close, and the bus station is right in front of the zoo. You can get to the house quickly by bus number 2 — it almost goes everywhere in Tirana 😅 If I come to Tirana again, I’ll definitely stay here. Thank you so much! 🙏🏼💝

My husband and I have been in Tirana for 3 months. We've stayed at tons of good apartments all around the city but this one was by far my favorite. This apartment was gorgeous and very clean and comfortable with lots of light. The location was wonderful and very close to Artificial Lake and the zoo. Everything you need is located very close by (restaurants and coffee were right across from the apartment and a market was just a short walk). The view of the mountains was stunning and could be seen from all of the windows. The elevator made getting to the room incredibly convenient. When we arrived, there were several bottles of water in the fridge, packets of instant coffee and tea in the kitchen, and some of the best sweets I've ever had on the coffee table. The kitchen had all of your essentials with lots of utensils, plates, bowls, and a decent amount of seasonings for cooking, as well as a microwave, which came in handy. There were lots of comforters and blankets in the main bedroom's wardrobe and a washer in the hallway. The host was very responsive, professional, understanding, thorough, and his English was incredible. Our taxi dropped us a little ways down the road and the host met us and showed us where to go, and helped us carry our luggage. We arrived much earlier than the typical check-in and the host was incredibly accommodating and worked to make sure everything was clean and spotless when we checked in, despite having prior guests check out that morning. We stayed for 2 weeks and they came and thoroughly cleaned every 5 days, so it was always immaculate, which was a first for us. I would absolutely live here full time if I could. I don't usually leave reviews this long and detailed but it was such a wonderful experience that I had to let everyone know how amazing it was.

There are only a few potential downsides (or really just things that are nice to know in advance). It was on a fairly steep hill so that may be a challenge for the elderly or disabled. The shower was amazing and had a door on it but there wasn't a lot of hot water. There was 1 pot and 1 pan to cook with but that was easy to work around with the microwave. The beds in the second bedroom weren't the most comfortable and that room did not have air conditioning but it kept heat well in the cold and there was a fan available if it got hot. All of these would be dumb reasons not to book, considering how amazing and easy everything else was.
