The property itself is fine and usable. In the end, after escalation, the main technical issues were resolved: the bathroom sink was cleared, and a brand-new washing machine was delivered. Also, to smooth over the situation and make up for the bad experience, the manager kindly allowed us a complimentary 3-hour late check-out on our final day. We appreciate this final gesture.

The property was not fully prepared for guests upon arrival. The check-in instructions were not clear enough, making it difficult to find the right door among many identical ones, and the Wi-Fi details on the official information sheet were outdated. Furthermore, the bathroom sink was completely clogged and the washing machine did not start. What disappointed us most initially was the communication: when we reported these problems, the manager’s response was highly unprofessional—we were literally told to leave the property if we were unhappy, instead of receiving help. Getting things done here might require some firm pressure on the host.

The location is great, peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always available and willing to assist us with anything we asked. We really appreciated his hospitality and attention to detail. We truly felt at home and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

Los anfitriones estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de lo que nos hiciera falta. Muy amables y cercanos. Destacamos a limpieza de la casa, estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo. Nos sentimos como en casa, es un HOGAR. No faltó detalle ni utensilios de cocina. La terraza nos encantó.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara.
