Jolie maison entière en pierres, deux salles de bains, deux chambres confortables, bons équipements, beaucoup d'éclairages, du chauffage, bien située tout près de la plage de sable noire.

Schlecht eingestellte Wohnungstür. Spülung der Toilette läuft dauernd in beiden Badezimmern. Kein Staubsauger.

The location. The outside space. The off-street parking. The internal layout. The kitchen layout. The presence of laundry facilities. The towels & bedding. Regarding the off-street parking, during the first two days of our stay Seixal seemed flooded with day-trippers with their cars, so our off-street parking was a real plus. Our hire car was an Opel Corsa and was reasonably easy to reverse through the gates into the front courtyard. Anything much larger would have been difficult or impossible.

No wardrobe or hanging space. No dishwasher or dish-washing cloths, sponges etc. Unclear instructions for using the TV. COMMUNAL REFUSE/RECYCLING BINS DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE FRONT GATE!! (People dumping their refuse etc into the bins until late in the evening; bin men emptying the bins early in the morning!)
