Quiet and clean. Made last minute reservation and host was very accommodating and did not mind when we called late.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful layout and equipped with everything you might need—washing machine, central heating, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, and more. The host was welcoming, responsive, and provided clear instructions for accessing the apartment, which made everything very easy. The bathroom is very clean and warm, the hot water from the central heating being another strong point. The bed in the bedroom is relaxing and restful. A couple of minor improvements could make the stay even better: with a bit more attention to kitchen cleanliness and an upgrade to the sofa bed in the living room [sofa bed in the living room would benefit from refurbishment or replacement] the experience would be even more enjoyable. Parking is free in front of the building-on the boulevard-but it is quite problematic to find a parking space in that area, after 7:00 PM. The host, on the other hand, was very kind, offering us his parking spot located a short distance from the apartment.
