We will return! Location and comfort!

Room was fantastic! Service was wonderful. View from restaurant to beach, sunsets amazing! The massage was nice $69 euro! The cocktails were fabtastic! We had fluffy beach towels and chairs right at the waters edge. Close to everything you need right in the strip. Was quiet at night and lively during the day. The beach is amazing so fantastic location. The room was perfect we had a great walk in shower and a separate bedroom for the kids. We needed blankets and pillows they brought up immediately. Even gave us an early check in and late check out. We would definitely return!

No syrup for the pancakes but that's an American need. You should include the sat room with spa. Part of spa came with the hotel room although we didn't use any of it. The bees at the beach.

Overall a great stay

It is a fairly new hotel with great staff especially on reception. The food at breakfast is lovely and the lunch and dinner menu is very good. Great location in the quieter end but within walking distance of the busier part of Vlora. Really great experience! Compliments to the guy on reception who was great

The spa and management of it unfortunately didn’t work. You could book an exclusive slot at reception for an hour but whilst there anybody and everybody would just walk in. You had to book a slot so it wouldn’t go over capacity but this wasn’t adhered to at all. The staff at the spa said they couldn’t ‘police’ it and reception said it was down to the staff at the spa.

Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is very good The rooms are spacious.

• Every morning the housekeeping staff knocked loudly and even opened my door while I was sleeping, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on. When I complained to the receptionist, she reacted rudely and gave unreasonable excuses, saying they only have two cleaners and must clean the rooms, although I never requested room cleaning. I was on vacation and wanted to rest. • Not enough staff at the beach; even a simple order took one hour or more. • Ice is charged. • At the beach, they only provide one towel. If it gets dirty or you need another, they refuse. • The bathroom had a very bad smell at night. • The staff are unprofessional and lack proper hospitality experience. • At checkout, I paid for my extra charges but they did not provide me with a receipt to verify.

Lovely hotel with great location, stunning sunsets, and wonderful staff

A wonderful hotel in a great location — not lost in the busy, noisy city center, yet not too far out on the edge either. It feels perfectly placed, offering both convenience and peace. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The beach nearby is beautiful, clean, and ideal for relaxing. What truly stood out, however, was the staff — always warm, welcoming, and ready to help at any moment. They responded quickly and did their best to resolve every request. A special thanks to Kiwra, Aishu, and Brilund for their kindness and support. From the balcony, the view of the sunsets was absolutely breathtaking — one of those moments you look forward to each evening.

Great leisure hotel in Vlore for your summer getaway

Great leisure hotel with a private beach just across the road with free towels, umbrellas and sunbeds. Super clean & comfy rooms and very attentive staff. Breakfast with a great selection of food on a terrace with a sea view. The hotel also has a small SPA center. Free valet parking is a bonus! The best Pina Colada cocktail I ever had!

Our room was only missing a balcony.

From the moment you walk in, the hotel.is new,modern, contemporary! Rooms are spacious and very well decorated! The location is excellent right on the beach and next to so many restaurants! Breakfast is one of the best places! I can't recommend enough this beautiful hotel! We are definitely coming back! Thank you!

Great hotel in great location

Everything about the hotel was wonderful! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were huge, spotless, and had a great view. The food was great as well, both breakfast and dinner. Lovely spa on 2nd floor and the hotel was in a great location! Definitely recommend this hotel when you visit Vlore.

One small issue was with the valet parking—while it’s included, the staff forgot to move the car in time after we had dropped off the keys, and the police came to issue a fine. The hotel resolved it and paid the fine, but I’d recommend waiting until the car is fully moved to avoid any trouble and dont leave the car unattended.

Everything perfect.

Location was great and we really liked how the staff was attentive and helpful. It was the best breakfast we had in Albania although we were in 6 hotels. They offer beach towels.

Exceptional.

This is an exceptional hotel. The staff are super friendly. Fantastic breakfast. They have their beach area with umbrellas and loungers at no extra charge . The evening meal at the hotel was one of the best. Great location as it is at the end of the “strip”. Views from a sea view room were incredible. We made use of the spa which was also a great experience. Can’t fault this hotel and will definitely return

Comfortable

Great stay in Vlora

Location was perfect for exploring Vlora and surrounding area. The room was very spacious with a super comfy bed and a great view (sea view room). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return!

The breakfast selection is quite small but very tasty. The spa facilities looked lovely but the jacuzzi temperature was too cold to enjoy when we visited.

High hopes but we were let down by the spa, which was our main reason for booking.

The hotel room itself was great, the restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was large. We had a positive experience and the room was huge with plenty of space for 3 of us. The massages were great and they made an accommodation to stay late for us.

The most disappointing part is that we picked this hotel with the spa being our focal point of the stay. And when we went to use it after a chilly boat ride, nothing worked. Nothing was turned on, the hot tub was a chilly 26 degrees and when we went to tell management, they then started to turn on the sauna, but we had to wait 30 mins before it was warm and we were so cold because the heat wasn’t on in the spa. And we planned to jump right in the hot tub and it was broken. It was very hard to find a place with a jacuzzi and sauna to begin with and if this had been satisfactory, I would sing the praises of this hotel. But for the price we paid, definitely was not worth it. Super disappointing.

Heerlijk hotel!

De kamer was ruim, de bedden heel comfortabel en de airconditioning deed het goed. Ook het balkon met uitzicht op zee was heel fijn. De locatie is heel prettig, recht tegenover het zandstrand, wat redelijk uniek is in Albanië, met heel veel ligbedden en parasols. Daarnaast ligt het hotel aan het begin van een kilometerslange wandelboulevard met talloze restaurants en winkeltjes. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers, dus een goed begin van de dag.

Het enige vervelende was de grote hoeveelheid wespen in Vlorë, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen. Dat is de tijd van het jaar.

Il était 9/10.

L’emplacement était super bien, la plage juste à côté donc pare-soleil réservées en plus chaque matin des nouveaux linges, le personnel super sympa et la chambre tout les jours était bien rafraîchi.

L’accès à la voiture le garage dû hôtel un peu loin de l’établissement.

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr tollen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Das Restaurant und Personal war Top und das Frühstück unschlagbar bis auf den Kaffee.

Das einchecken hat uns leider nicht so ganz gefallen, es wurde uns gesagt das unser kleiner Hund von 3Kg nicht erlaubt ist was mir natürlich zu schaffen machte den wir fahren ja nicht 2000km ohne es vorher abzuklären. Am Schluss konnte trotzdem eine Einigung erzielt werden.

Mooi, net hotel

Mooie nette kamer. Goede bedden. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Ligging prima, mooi aan het begin van de boulevard. Parkeren goed geregeld Van alles te doen in de omgeving.

Had hier onze was afgegeven omdat we 3 weken rond reisden was dat een keer nodig. Netjes gewassen en gestreken daar zeg ik niks van maar wel ontzettend duur. Moest 89 euro betalen voor 1 machine donkere was een halve machine gekleurde en halve lichte was daar schrok ik wel van.

Très bon établissement sur Vlora à conseiller fortement

La qualité de la chambre et la qualité des services proposés. L emplacement idéal face à la plage. Le prix très correct. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Spa et sauna très bien et compris dans le prix.

O café da manhã era ótimo e a equipe nos atendeu muitíssimo bem. O quarto era limpo, amplo e confortável, com sacada, tv e banheiro com ótima ducha. A cozinha do hotel é maravilhosa. O espaço para acesso à praia é confortável, com disponibilização de toalhas. Voltaria a me hospedar no mesmo local.

A sinalização para chegar no local para estacionar o carro na entrada do hotel não é bem identificada, mas isso é um problema em todos os hotéis da orla de Vlore.

Tolles Frühstück. Klimatisierte Flure. Ausstattung hochwertig. Spa war ausreichend und gut. Guter Service mit Handtüchern für Strand. Schallisolierte Fenster, trotz Partyecke Zimmer ruhig.

Organisation des Spas. Trotz Buchung mindestens 30 Minuten warten. War nur eine Person als Mitarbeiter eingesetzt. Durchwachsenes Personal, von ultra nett bis grimmig alles dabei. Kein Kühlschrank vorhanden, nur Minibar.

L’hôtel est moderne est très bien entretenu. Le service est excellent. L’accès à la plage est facile et rapide. Les chambres sont grandes et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Hotel nuovo alla fine del lungo mare, carino anche se con gestione poco professionale, l'hotel non ha una spiaggia, la spiaggia libera/mare davanti all'hotel non sono belli, ok come punto d'appoggio per spostarsi in auto verso sud. Ristorante è molto buono, colazione buona. Personale gentile. Spa carina.

מיקום מעולה על הטיילת המרכזית עם חוף פרטי למלון. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה, המיטות נוחות מאוד (הכי נוחות שהיו לנו באלבניה) והחדר גדול ומרווח. המרפסת שלנו השקיפה לים ואפשרה לנו לצפות בשקיעה יפיפיה בכל יום. למלון יש שירות החניית רכבים שעבד מצוין וחסך לנו חיפושים אחר חניה באזור. בסה״כ הצוות היה נחמד ועל אף קשיים בשפה מאוד מאוד ניסה לעזור. במלון יש מתחם ספא קטן שכולל סאונה, חדר מלח, מספר מיטות, ג׳קוזי ואפשרות לבצע מסאז בתשלום נוסף.

אני לא יודע אם זה עניין תרבותי או חוסר הבנה, אבל שירות החדרים היה פחות נעים. למשל כאשר ביקשנו מגבות נוספות או נייר טואלט נוסף. הרגשנו שהיה צריך ״לשכנע״ אותם להביא לנו למרות שזה שירות מקובל בכל בית מלון. בנוסף, הספא עצמו מאוד קטן (מתאים ל4-6 אנשים בו זמנית). הג׳קוזי עצמו לא היה חם מספיק (32 מעלות במקום 40) ונראה שהשימוש בספא עוד חדש במלון, ייתכן וישתפר בעתיד.

Correcto

Hotel en primera línea de playa, dejas el coche en la puerta y te lo aparcan ellos. Habitación cómoda y personal amable.

Nos dieron una habitación con vistas al hotel de al lado a un par de metros, entiendo que no pagamos la vista al mar, pero teniendo el hotel prácticamente vacío, podrían darnos una habitación hacia el otro lado, es algo que se suele hacer. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero ya lo sabíamos. El desayuno tiene dos opciones, dulce o salado, no tienes posibilidad de tomar algo salado y algo dulce. En ambos casos era bastante abundante. No probamos el spa porque cuando llegamos ya estábamos casi fuera de horario (cierra a las 7, un poco pronto).
