Lelo was an exceptional host and made our stay unforgettable. He picked us up from the train station, looked after our luggage when we arrived early, coordinated our transport to the property, helped organise parking for our Vespa, and was always available if we needed anything. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The view of Mount Vesuvius was incredible—better than the photos—and it was a treat to enjoy a coffee in bed while taking it in. The location was also great, with the train station only a 14-minute walk away, making it easy to explore Sorrento and the surrounding area.
Very little to fault. If I had to pick something, I would have liked an extra pillow and fresh towels during our stay, although I'm sure these would have been provided if we had asked.

Service on arrival was great, the host couldn’t have done much more to help us! Comfy bed and lovely view.
Expensive taxi into sorrento is the only problem however trains run frequently and last train back is 10:00pm
